WI Operation Bernhard succeeds?

I just got back from watching The Counterfeiters(awesome movie about the Nazis planning to print large notes of forged British money in order to destabilize the British economy) and I was wondering,

Could they have succeeded if lets say, they managed to somehow print the necessary amount a few years earlier? From what I understand, by the time they had enough money, Russia was already beating down on them.not sure but that's what I think.

I also read that the Luftwaffe didn't have enough planes to successfully air drop the money on England. But just what if they managed to have enough planes?

now lets say that whatever happens and whatever the odds are, the Nazis manage to do it,(they somehow get better airplanes, they print everything much more faster,a time portal opens up with a brand new modern era printing press with a red ribbon on it, etc) could the money have really messed up England so much that it would have tipped the scales in favor of the Nazis?

My first feeling is I doubt it, because fairly early on Sterling was meaningless and Britain was relying on Lend-Lease. The World War 2 debt was only paid off to America in 2006, and I have a sneaking suspicion it was cut short for certain favours in other areas of the world. I just don't think devaluing Sterling when it was virtually worthless anyway would have done anything.
