Any thoughts on who really did it? The only other theories I've heard involved his son from his first marriage (who had a fixation on Nicole she didn't discourage and was apparently unstable) or some drug dealers Goldman was involved with.
I haven't a clue, truthfully. But whoever did it, it wasn't OJ. If he had, why was he not bruised from the fight? Goldman put up a massive fight, which even OJ wouldn't have walked away from without some impact. And then there was the numerous holes in the LAPD's argument. It was a crime of passion by somebody, not premeditated murder. If OJ was gonna kill his wife, why didn't he use the handgun he owned? Why did the LAPD not find OJ's blood at the crime scene at the time, but then find it two weeks later? (Some of the blood sample he gave turned up missing, too. Anybody wanna bet on Furhman and Van Atter's willingness to plant evidence?) The prosecution claimed that the blood they found was from Simpson's hand, but the gloves weren't cut.
And all of that is before we consider Mark Furhman, or the LAPD's very long history of misconduct.
Now, I'm gonna vindicate Simpson. He's a wife-beating asshole, we know that. But because you are guilty of that does not make you guilty of murder. There is someone out there who did it, no question. But it wasn't OJ.
