WI: Octavian dies shortly afte Actium

Having defeated Cleopatra and Mark Anthony, Octavian dies (or is assasinated).

- What happens in Rome? Do we still get a Roman Empire?
- What happens in Egypt? Does Egypt still get annexed to Rome?
- Who emerges as his immediate successor?
- Who would take the chance to challenge [whoever Octavian's immediate successor might be]?

His most likely successor is probably Marcus Visanius Agrippa, commander of the fleet at Actium and (at that time) close ally of Octavian.

Whether he was assassinated or dies naturally makes a big difference. If we see something like Caesar's assassination, then there's likely to be yet more bloody conflict in the future. Egypt still isn't going to emerge well from this, being in Rome's bad books, at a time when a new successor is seeking to cement his power.

I agree with Agrippa being his successor, as this was when he was in his good graces.
