WI Nuclear weapons used in Korean War?

Hitting the bridges on the Yalu River might do the trick, it would force the slow-down of Chinese intervention and hold North Korea to the very edge of China if it existed after the war at all. Hitting the Chinese in China itself was not likely to do much though the number of industrial centers were limited at that point. Attacking the Soviet Union would also be suicide though I think the European theater would bog down into guerilla warfare.

What would a timeline look like where the Korean War expands into a true World War III? And what would the world look like after that?
 
I can see the Soviets in all likelihood letting the atomic bombing of Korea pass. At most, maybe they'd try invading West Berlin to put up the image of "you get a victory, so do we." But I think even Stalin recognised that with so few bombs against far more American ones, he couldn't last long in a general war
