3) Once the atomic bomb is found (earlier than OTL), the European frontiers become permanent.

Why do you think that the atomic bomb would be developed earlier than OTL without a First World War? Conventionally wisdom certainly maintains that the opposite is true.

Germany keeps its place as the world leader in science, has the resources to fund its research throughout the 1920s and 30s, and prominent Jewish scientists are not forced to flee and so contribute towards German nuclear programme.

Good point. But without the pressure of war, I don't think any government would have wanted to allocate the enormous amount of funding and resources necessary to actually develop the weapon. It would probably remain purely theoretical for a long time, perhaps even into the 21st Century.

This is the key. No WWI might make Germany a large concentrator of talent. But talent moves as the world becomes smaller.

I'd strongly argue the rise of Socialist Movements across the Industrialised world would see diverted funding from Defence spending to welfare programs. But even if you disregard that because of strong tensions between the world powers, without WWI it is doubtful investments would be tailored towards high end super weapons.

Yes. Easily. We have had many thread on this, so in summary. No WW1 = Greater funding for research and much stronger economy. Medical issues will drive initial research on theory (Radium). OTL rush job sent cost soaring, so ITTL, it will be 250 millionish project or less.

Doable, but hard. You need to find a way to avoid a war until 1917 when Germany's imaginary time window closes (Germany thought they had technological supremacy and that France and Russia wouldn't catch up until 1917, so there were the "we have to strike now before it's too late" idea, the whole time window of course proved to be utter bullshit).

I would guess that the struggles in Ireland, postponed from 1914 until the early 1920s, would kick off in August/September 1914 and Britain would have to turn its eyes inwards. The attitudes towards the granting of "Home Rule" and the founding of the Irish Free State would be less auspicious given the example of large number of Irishmen who fought for the Empire (almost 50,000 fell) would not be present. Instead there would be a bloody struggle between armed paramilitary groups on both sides that would harden attitudes even more than the fallout from the Easter Rising. Perhaps those dead Irishmen saved even more of their countrymen suffering the same fate.
