WI No Thames River?

Maybe it would effect the Roman invasion? And then the Picts and Britons taking back the land? The rise of the Anglo-Saxons? And then the Norman and Viking invasion? Anything more specific than the effects on the invasions is going to be difficult to identify.

With no Thames, London won't be the capital.
When the Romans come, they may decide to build their capital on the Adur or Arun river instead.

Also, unless you have a realistic POD they are going to move this to ASB (it's a geographic POD hence ASB).

Might not be exactly what you're looking for, but up until the last glaciation the Thames took a turn to the North and flowed through Norfolk. Admittedly it's still a geological PoD to keep it that way, but it's really the only way I can think of there being no OTL Thames. Though given the climate there might be a small river there anyway.
