What if there are no teutons in Prussia due to the Teutons behaving in Transylvania, what will happen to Prussia, would the Lithuanians try expand to Prussia after their christianization?

Poland and Lithuania would probably be interested. No Teutonic Order in the Baltics would probably also means Danish ports in Estonia.

And the Russians at some later time if the Swedes don't beat them to it.

At least the Lithuanians would have better time as the regular Crusading travel office instituted by the Teutons/Sword Order isn't in place.

There is no guarancy Lithuanians would have been christianized before Prussians. Without the Order Lithuanians might have converted earlier, later, not at all or they might have gone Orthodox.
Reunited Poland (again, IF, HOW and WHEN reunited) almost certainly would have taken action against Prussians to neutralize/conquer them, since Polish dukes (especially Masovians) always considered them an irritating thorn. So perhaps at the end of XIIIth century reunited Poland or coalition of Polish dukes organizes series of crusades and conquers Prussia and then turns against pagan Lithuania. Or Poland is still divided, and Orthodox Lithuania turns against Prussians. Or....

I think ITTL the Silesian dukes will likely ally with Prussians, Lithuanians and Novgorod against the Mazovian dukes - yes in a way, the Prussians, Lithuanians and the Silesian dukes could ally which might lead to Mazovia being partitioned between the newly Christianized Lithuania/Prussia and the newly reunited Poland.

As being said, when Lithuania christianize and whether it's to Catholicism or Orthodoxy is key. The other key is when and whether the Baltics christianize without the Teutons. Denmark, Polish duchies, reunified Poland (if it happens), Lithuania, Novgorod, Muscowy and Sweden all have interests there.
