WI: No Roosevelt–Rondon Scientific Expedition

As it says, PoD is that Theodore Roosevelt doesn't go on the expedition into Brazil in 1913. The expedition arguably weakened his health, nearly killing him even, and after it he never was the same as before. So, he never goes to Brazil and stays in the US.

How does this effect his lifespan? How would a healthier Roosevelt's ambitions politically differ from OTL?

Yes, he was the front runner for the Republican nomination in 1920, until his death in 1919. ITTL he would live through 1920 and win the nomination and election. Once in office, he would be very frustrated by a conservative Congress and public.
