WI: No Polish-Soviet war

I had this scenario in mind for quite some time now, and I found absolutely no threads on this scenario.

Basically, the CP was divided on the matter of invading Poland, Lenin advocating an aggressive policy while others (Trotsky?) didn't want to risk losing the border with Germany that they had at that time. What if Trotsky convinced Lenin that invading Poland wasn't such a good idea? Could the Bolsheviks influence the politics of Germany more easily? Would a less aggressive approach lead to a possible Polish Revolution?

FYI: borders of Poland and RSFSR before the war https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/57/PBW_March_1919.svg

It would be more probable / pragmatic if Poland supported the Whites in Civil War, under condition of territorial concessions - all clay that belonged to pre-partitions Commonwealth now returns to Poland. Though the odds of Whites making that deal would take ROB / ASB intervention.
