What if Toyotomi Hideyoshi never ordered his invasions of Korea? How would things change?
Do Koreans still get to invade Japan?
Do they even try? They didn't in OTL?

Depends on who's histories you read.
What histories say Korea invaded Japan? There's a common theory that ethnic Japanese migrated from Korea, but that would have been before there would have been distinct entitities we could identify as "Korea" or "Japan". The Mongols command invaded Japan and employed Korean vassals, but it was the Mongols' decision.
This has nothing to do with the Imjin War thoughŌei Invasion/Gihei Eastern Expedition? King Sejong the Great sent troops to Tsushima to clear out Wokou pirates and lay claim to the island, but Joseon ultimately withdrew after obtaining tributary status from the ruling Sou clan.
