WI: No Ivan the Terrible?

What if Ivan the Terrible never came to rule? Lets say instead of him coming to the throne one of his uncles fanangles himself to the throne and manages to stay there.

That's difficult, Russian custom was that the brothers of a Grand Prince couldn't marry unless there was an heir and Ivan was born rather late that if any of his uncles tried to take power they would be quite old and childless.

The problem with this question is the after effects are easy to state getting a decent POD is difficult.

At a bare minimum there is no Time of Troubles so a longer lasting Rurikid dynasty,no sack of Novgorod and basic wholesale mass murder of people. Perhaps no conquest of Kazan and Astrikhan or Livonian Wars. Domestically the power of the nobility will be traditional, with no Oprichnina to subvert and eliminate it.
