WI no Heath U-turns?

WI Ted Heath grows a pair and decides to tackle the unions with whatever force is required? I don't know British law regarding domestic military deployments, so perhaps someone can fill me in?

The forces are used in union disputes surprisingly often. They were last used in the firemans strike in 05 I think it was. They are used in ambulance strikes also. I THINK (not sure here) that the army was out delivering fuel to power stations and standing in for fire and ambulance services, in 73-74.
I think the military would have been very willing to assist.
Remembering Wilsons "paranoia"- was it - over the secret services at the time, and the widespread military coup rumours in the later 70s, I think you are on to something here.
