WI: No German Intervention in Greece?

What if Hitler had not ordered a German intervention during the Greo-Italian War?
How would this have affected the overall course of WW2? How would Operation Barbarossa have played out? Would the British still involve themselves? Would the war stay in a stalemate or would the Greeks eventually liberate Albania or would the Italians eventually conquer Greece after bleeding themselves dry?

For Britain the Greek intervention was the worst part of the war, without it they probably clean up Libya by 1941 and have ample forces in the Far East to frustrate much of Japans ambitions.

I would say stalemate in Greece unless/until the Brits intervened. The Italians had tanks and firepower that the Greeks didn't have a good answer to, but the Italians weren't a match for the Greeks in the mountains.
