What if the French Revolution was beaten down with King Louis XVI's guns?
No Napoleon, no early independence for Spain's colonies, no spread of revolutionary idea, America doesn't get Louisiana without starting a war, what else would happen?

South Africa, Sri Lanka and British Guyana remain Dutch. Belgium remains Austrian. The HRE remains in existence. Norway remains Danish. The Netherlands remains a republic. etc.
Louis XVI is most likely dominated by conservative counselors and the government becomes more autocratic. France still has to sort out its financial mess somehow.
