Wi no eastern front liberated Europe?

Could the allies had liberated Europe if there was not eastern from(pod:Germany never invaded soviet union and no nukes,no holocaust)

Physically, yes. They have the resources to do it, even without nukes. The only question is whether they would have the political will to pay the relevant blood price and that can be convincingly argued either way. I'm personally agnostic on that issue.

I think that if the Nazis had somehow found a way to restrain themselves, some kind of accord might have been reached. I just don't see Hitler being content with playing Simcity: Germania for the rest of his life, though.

That's PODs, plural, not a single POD. Even assuming Germany doesn't do the obvious thing in the East (say, because Hitler dies conveniently), why should that prevent the development of nuclear weapons?
If anything, the lack of a manpower drain in the East for Germany would convince the Westerners they need decisive, high-tech, non-infantry ways to settle the war more, not less.

in my mind can butterfly away the (worst of) holocaust and nuke development easier than "clash of the titans" between Germany-USSR.

you could have division of Poland along earlier agreed upon lines (roughly Vistula River?) and millions of Polish Jews remain outside of German reach?

(my speculation would be a M-R Pact that does not include Finland and the Baltics but does include division of Romania, that leaves Germany with a puppet oil producing state)

think you still need a "misfire" of Operation Pike as it looks the Germans-Soviets have settled into long term cooperation?
