WI: No Czechoslovakia

What do you mean by Bohemia and Slovakia ? You mean that mean that Bohemia is the Czech Republic and Slovakia the rest of it. or is this what you have in mind http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Czechoslovakia01.png

In case of the former:

Slovakia will probably be annex by Bela Kun,and then liberated after Hungary is defeated
Slovakia will probably develop or at lest tray some industry ( Bohemia was the more industrial part of Czechoslovakia )
Form probably be part of a LittleEntente with Romania and Yugoslavia like OTL Czechoslovakia and of course Bohemia might be part of it.
Chance are that it might develop a good relation with Germany no borders no reciprocal demands on each other. In which case :
First Vienna Award will lock different in this case if there is one.
It as a chance of some neutrality during the second world war,it will have to gave transit rights to Germany, and so on.
It will be a different story after the war with the soviets.

If they don't develop a good relations with Germany probably first Vienna Award

Also the will be vulnerable to Polish or Hungarian aggression.

As for Bohemia it could develop a good relation with the Soviets (again no border) and also with Hungary. as for the fate of it it depends if it incorporate the Sudetenland. if they don't it might be able to escape with some form of puppetry.and then there is Poland

Well, if Peace treaty will push for creation of Slovakia. it will be indeed very interesting. It is more likely, Slovakia will be created in borders of war time Slovak republic, so much less Hungarian population.

Situation on border with Poland will be interesting too, as Poland was trying to grab parts of Spis area. But only with very small forces, so it is possible, Spis will stay Slovak.

As to industry. It is a fact that Czech industry was much more developed, but interesting is, Slovakia had nice share of Hungarian industry and part of this factories were closed after 1919 as Czech businesses pushed into Slovakia. So there is some chance for development.
