WI: No Czech National Revival

Bohemia becomes heavily Germanized, and becomes as German as Brandenburg and Prussia which was originally West Slavic like the Czechs. There are a few areas of native Czech speakers, but they are like the Wends and Sorbs, very small minorities in a sea of German speakers.

If we assume the same development as OTL, Bohemia either remains part of German Austria after WWI, or becomes a separate German speaking state. In either case, any kind of Hitler analogue would probably be able to incorporate Bohemia into the Reich without too much objection. Without industrial Bohemia, Slovakia may never become a separate nation and remain part of Hungary. However, with such a distant POD, almost any 20th century history would be butterflied so the above is more in terms of general consequences than any definite events.

Wait, Prussia was originally Slavic?

Yes. The Holy Roman Empire used to end at Brandenburg. Prussia and Silesia were colonized by Germans.

I do remember reading that Nietzsche said the reason Prussia was so strong compared to the other German states was because of the fact that Prussians had Slavic blood. I always thought he was referring to intermarriage between Germanic Prussians and Slavic Poles, but I guess he meant that the Prussians themselves were of (partial) Slavic descent.

The Old Prussians were Balts, like Lithuanians and Latvians. The old Pomeranians were the slavs. The former were among the last places in Europe to accept Christianity and were wiped away by German crusaders, creating the Teutonic Order state, the rump of which was incorporated into Brandenburg, creating Prussia.

To answer your WI question, IF there was no national revival in the bohemian lands it would probably look something like Silesia at the beginning of the 20th century.

But thats a big IF. Bohemia (and Moravia) were almost 400 years under the control of the austrian Habsburg branch.
The biggest issue imo was religion. in the 16th century ~95% were protestant but then came the counter-reformation lead by the catholic house of Habsburg. OTL this eventually lead to the 30years war.
And after that the Germanization and immigration lead to german speaking majorities in some cities. But when manufacturing in the cities boomed more and more czech pesants moved into the city, sent there sons to school and voila czech speaking middle class (kinda ;) ).
Of course this is really just one of the issues when dealing with WI concerning nationalism.
