WI: No Bronze-Age Collapse, No Greek Dark Ages

Do you have a source for this - it sounds unlikely
I have heard of Egypt in particular having trouble equipping its military in the 1200-800 BC timeframe: Egypt proper is quite deficient in trees, so the Nubian dynasty (for instance) didn't have the charcoal to make the bronze to fight the Assyrians (who controlled Egypt's traditional source of wood in the Levant), hence, IIRC, was forced to employ some quantity of stone weaponry.
