What would happen if Rommel had managed to secure the entire Eastern Med Coastline up to the Turkish border?

Germany & Italy had large numbers of troops engaged fighting Tito's partisan's, in Greece, Crete and the Dodecanese.

Without allied help how long could they have continued fighting and how many axis troops could be released?

Don't you mean the Chetniks and Communists in Yugoslavia?

If the Med becomes a complete Axis lake then all the resistance movements are pretty much gone. At best they will be limited bandits.

If this happens, large numbers of German and Italian troops are freed up to serve elsewhere.

Contrary to popular viewpoint, material help was scarse in 1943, very limited in 1942 and virtually non-existent in 1941. So, would Germans secure Eastern Med, we can safely count on Partisans being as vigorous in 1944 ATL as they were in 1943 IOTL. That means "vigorous enough to be the biggest fish in Yugoslavian pond, but not enough to liberate Yugoslavia with minimal Soviet support, as happened IOTL". This Yugoslavia, most likely, is destined to become another Soviet puppet a-la Bulgaria or (if they're truly lucky) Romania.
