Yeah, the first things that came to mind:

Star Wars will be different than what we know in OTL.

Fistfull of Dollars will not exist, so Clint Eastwood's career will also be affected.

Last Man Standing Will not exist Either, or will be different from OTL.

Magnificent Seven and other films simular to that will either not exist, or come along latter.

Toshiro Mifune's Career will also be affected.

in turn, perhaps the Zatoichi series becomes more popular?
