Is it possible for them to Flourish instead of dying in East Asia?They still do in South India as a small sub-group of the Syrian Christians (called the Chaldaean Church). My wife's uncle's family are Nestorians.

If you're talking about East Asia then I suspect having the Mongols adopt Nestorianism more enthusiastically might be your best bet.
