WI Nero abandons Britian

So I was listening to the History of Rome podcast and the speaker mentioned that the size of Boudica's revolt and it's early success in taking Camulodunum made many in Rome consider abandoning the island. So let's say that the battle of Watling Street either ends in a rout for the Romans, or doesn't happen and Boudica is able to get the Roman's on to less favorable ground. As a result the Romans decide that it's not worth trying to hold the island given their focus on other areas of the empire (Judea and Parthia were big problems at the time) how would the history of the Empire and Britian be different if Rome never held Britain?
