WI Napoleon Invades the British Isles

The problem with a Napoleon Invades timeline is the Naval issue. While you are correct that the Spanish and French navies were much more formidable than the Nazi Navy they still were no match for the Royal Navy. The big problem is the British blockade. By 1805 Britain had been maintaining a close blockade of the Continent for most of the past 12 years which had done wonders for their seamanship (and cost bucketloads of money), the French and Spanish had been shut up in port for most of that time and as such were simply much worse sailors. If you look at Trafalgar or the Nile hull vs. hull the French were stronger than the Royal Navy, it's just they Royal Navy crews were much much better than the French crews. Now I can't really see a way to fix that unless you are talking about the early 1790's were the British advantage was much smaller. But then you have the problem of the Revolutionary government purging its Naval Officer corps.
Finally a reminder that a French victory at Trafalgar means very little. Nelson's fleet was just one of three similarly sized fleets Britain had and while a British defeat would have forced them to pull back from the Med and make Nappy's life much easier it would not have left the Channel exposed. For that the French need to pull off 3 victorious Trafalgar's all with worse crews and less experienced Admirals.
