WI: Napoleon Defeats Prussian's and British but loses to Austrians and Russians?

So this isn't a Napoleon wins the 100 days WI, but what I find to be a more interesting one. Say Napoleon delivers crushing defeats to both Wellington and Blucher, before being overpowered by the late arriving Austrians and Russians? What effect would this have on the post-Napoleon world and the Congress of Vienna? Napoleon is still gone and France probably still sees the monarchy restored, but what about the rest of Europe, specifically the German states and the future for unification?

2 random toughts (potentially linked)

+ Prussia does not get the Rhinelands
+ The Netherlands are bigger (Te Tsar faored the prince pf Orange and Russia will have more to say ITTL), possibly getting the Rhinelands.

In that case, UK will see a need for counterbalance of teh AUstrian and Russian. Talleyrand is very happy.
