WI: Nap Pardons the Duke of Enghien

WI at the last moment Nap shows some mercy and locks up the Duke in a Fortress rather than executing him? Does he still have the political clout to take the crown, and how does this affect the formation of the third coalition?

Historically the third coalition had Austria, Russia, the UK, Naples, Sicily, Portugal and Sweden in it.

I was asking without the Duke ending up dead if the third coalition might be retarded in it's formation, not the composition of the third coalition.

If Napoleon locks Enghein in a Fortress instead of having him executed, this probably gives him a better image in Europe. However, there will still be opposition against him : Britain didn't liked him and he was a Usurper to most European countries. Not to mention he is at the head of the French Revolution, which most monarchies viewed as a threat after Louis XVI's death.
I'm not sure Enghein's death played much on the forming of the third coalition : it was mostly done against Napoleonic France because Napoleon was seen as a Usurper and a threat to European Order. Thus, I don't think it would change it much.

If Enghein remains in Foretress, he probably loose his chances of getting the French crown as Napoleon will make sure he doesn't escape. And even if Napoleon still ends up defeated like OTL, Enghein won't be crowned King as he isn't the senior Bourbon nor the heir of Louis XVI (and Louis XVII) according to Salic Law.
