Historically, Bismarck was conservative in war demands - he did not demand territory from Austria in lieu of getting reparations, and he did not want to demand territory from France either (but was forced into taking Alsace-Lorraine by the nationalists).

What if Bismarck leaned the other way, and actively pushed for the annexation of Austrian Silesia, Bohemia and the entirety of Lorraine?

How might this have altered the progression of the wars, and the development of Prussia, Germany, and Europe? I suspect that Germany/Prussia would have a lot more enemies and people would be very worried about the balance of power.
