As says the title. IOTL Corvinus managed to rule Hungary, Bohemia and even conquered lands from the Habsburgs in Austria (he did Vienna his capital afterall). However, he didn't manage to stablish a dinasty, as he didn't have a legitimate son, and his territories went to Vladislas Jagiellon. But WI he had a heir? Let's say that the child he had by his second wife, Catherine of Podebrady, survives (IOTL both the baby and the mother, who was only 14 years old, died some days after the birth). Now the kid lives, and when Matthias dies in 1490 his son would be 26 years old. How could it affect Hungary, Bohemia and the rest of Central Europe?
