WI: Mary I married the other Philip

In 1539, Philip, the Duke of Palatinate-Neuberg, came to England in the hopes that Mary Tudor would marry him. Despite Philip being Protestant and Mary being Catholic, the two still were really close to each other, and almost married. Unfortunately, Henry VIII forbade the marriage, and Philip was sent back to his duchy on the Continent. So, what happens if Henry VIII agreed to let Mary and Philip marry each other?

The reason King Henry VIII regected the young duke's proposal is due to Philip being related to Anne of Cleves, the fourth wife of Henry.

If you can exclude Anne from marrying Herny, then these two young royals could be married happily, with Mary's reign being more Tolerant towards the protestants and have a Wittelsbach on the throne.

Jane Seymour survives, and little Eddie dies on schedule?

Well, another thing against the match against is that Charles V refused to let his dear cousin marry anyone but a staunch Catholic, so maybe Philip could convert?
