WI: Madeline of Navarre marries Charles V

A daughter of Catherine of Navarre is in hostage to marry a heir of the Catholic monarchs, Madeline of Navarre, if she survives and marries Charles V how will this influence the relations of Spain and France?

Would charles v try to kill henry II of navarre?

No way Charles V would be ever interested in that match... And Ferdinand II of Aragon would favored a match with Isabella of Portugal for Ferdinand, if he was able to have him recognized as heir as Madeleine was too old for him and the Portuguese alliance almost indispensable.
Madeleine would be instead a perfect match for either a son of Juan or a surviving Miguel de la Paz. She would also work as wife for a second son of Ferdinand and Isabella (aka either Catalina is born male or Maria’s twin is a boy and survive)...

Survey Ferdinand (of Aragon) would not be above in trying to kill off Henry as soon Madeleine had a child (or is marryied in his family)... Manuel also would likely at least taken in consideration the possibility of doing something

Or Madeline is married off to Manuel to prevent a marriage of Manuel with Eleanor..or alternatively Louis XII ransoms her exchanging her with Germaine...with her marrying Gaston of Foix.

Madeleine is too old for being still free at Maria’s death... Gaston of Foix would be Germaine’s brother? A match between them can work...
But I will say to let survive also Miguel at that point so Madeleine will marry him

True.

I think a Madeline-Gaston marriage would mean that both Navarre and the Foix family still retains alliance and Navarre falls back to Foix in case Catherine's male children die without issue and resolves succession issues, Anne de Navarre and Gaston was never thought off because she is hunchbacked and a dwarf and similar to Joan of France and betrothed to Francis I in case Louis XII's succession is secured.
