WI Macrinus won the battle of Nisibis?

In the summer of 217 Macrinus, first Roman Emperor of equestrian family, engaged a battle at Nisibis against the Parthians which resulted in a draw; however, he paid an exaggerated indemnity to Persia in order to end the war, and so was forced to lower the soldiers's wage.

So, the remnants of Severian dynasty prepared the revenge ( also, Macrinus was involved to Caracalla's assassination) and a military revolt brought to power Elagabalus and his son Diadumenian died.

WI instead Macrinus won at Nisibus? It could be sufficient to butterflied the Severian restoration, and to see an alternative Imperial dynasty?
