WI: Lucasfilm Sold to Twentieth Century Fox?

What prompts this is Fox's existing in-studio franchises. This is the studio that owns Planet of the Apes, for example. Certainly Star Wars was a major hit for the studio, and a major component of the Fox library. Were one to assume who would end up owning Star Wars, it'd be Fox. This is also prompted by the fact that in regards to both Star Wars and Marvel, it feels wrong that Disney owns them, doesn't it? Disney is cartoony and kiddie and white bread conservative, and has become extremely corporate in the decades since Walt Disney's death. Disney was and is so much that, it prompted them to create Hollywood Pictures as a label for their more mature productions. It was really just a name, but it gives off the proper vibe.

I'd differ over the "conservative" bit, since the 90's or so. Besides, Fox is owned by Rupert Murdoch.
There's also the issue of Fox getting the Skywalker Sound and THX divisions too, both of which can be moneymakers.
