WI Louis XIII lives longer?

So, Louis XIII of France died in 1643, only 42 years old. I'm aware he had a number of health issues but what if his health was slightly better and he managed to survive for another decade or so? I think that French kings were declared of age at 13 so how would Louis XIV rule without his mother's regency? What will happen with Mazarin? How is the Franco-Spanish war gonna be affected? If anyone has any thoughts...

Mazarin was already prime minister before Louis XIII's death, so no radical change of policy. The Fronde is not butterflied away, as the enforcement of the royal prerogatives (fiscal ones, mainly) is due to crash head-on with the Parliaments. With no regency, the conflict would be different. Most notably, the Princes' Fronde could be downgraded to court-intrigue level, much in the style of the "Cabale des importants". If Louis XIII dies in 1652, even if Louis XIV is of age, he would probably not take the reins of power immediately. OTL, he waited until the death of Mazarin.

Anyone has any ideas on how will the war be conducted with Louis XIII in charge? He was no military genius but he did take part in the campaigns and made some decisions. Would his influence alter Mazarin's policies and to which degree? Oh, and also, with the Fronde reduced to a court intrigue it has to leave an effect on the war with Spain, at least shortening it and giving the French more success...
