WI: Lenroot as VP?

Senator Irvine Lenroot of Wisconsin was a Progressive and a favorite of Warren Harding. In fact had it not been for a delegate from Oregon slipping in Calvin Coolige's name Lenroot would have been Harding's VP. What if he was? What would have changed?

Having a progressive as president from 1923 -1929 or possibly 1933 would change things but I don't know how much.Congress was not all that progressive. Although I have my doubts about an all midwestern ticket in 1920.

It was a good Republican year 1920. Harding/Lenroot might have lost a fet votes but they might have still won.
