WI: Labour wins the 1970 UK Election

In 1970, Labour under Harold Wilson were expected to win the General Election. However, it was the Conservatives, led by Ted Heath, who won that election. My question is, what if Labour had won that election? What would the consequences be?

Hopefully(but not necessarily!)Labour goes on to amass a record good enough to butter-
fly away Thatcher's entire premiership.

Even if you butterfly away Thatcher, you won't stop the changes she made IOTL from being implemented by someone else. The center left governments in New Zealand, Australia, Italy, and the United States all implemented substantial deregulation and/or privatization.

No entry into the EEC in all likelihood. Heath toppled. Reggie Maudling or Iain Macleod as Tory leader. The latter died shortly after the election.

As much as I don't like admitting it, you're
right kernals(maybe the subsequent de-
regulation wouldn't have been as substantial
as it was under Thatcher IOTL).
