WI: King John of Greece, from the Capodistria Dynasty?

What if instead of making some German prince the King of Greece, the western powers handed the throne over to Greek independence hero John Capodistria ?

(Probably butterflies away his assassination)

The perks of a German Prince is connection with other German Dynasties in Europe. This lacks without it. But it will be pretty much the same. Likely chance, greater ties with Serbia and Romania.

More in general, I think such a scenario would pretty much be screaming a similar condition to how Napoleon came to power. Which none of the Great Powers would want. While Capodistria is of a similar social standing to the Bonapartes pre-Napoleon, I think the powers that be would've preferred someone from a ruling dynasty (which at the same time, wasn't from a dynasty belonging to a GP, i.e. a Bourbon, Hanoverian, Hohenzollern, Habsburg or Romanov).

Hence why they settled for a Wittelsbach (and even then, it wasn't the original choice.)
