After the death of Elizabeth of York in 1503, Isabella of Castile recommended that King Henry VIII Tudor of England remarry to Joanna of Naples (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joanna_of_Naples_(1478–1518)). IOTL, the marriage did not go through, Henry was interested enough to send ambassadors to Naples in 1505 to report on her physical suitability.
What if the marriage had gone through? If Henry still dies in 1509, might he have been able to have had at least one child with Joanna before then? And if said child/children lived to adulthood, might they have had the same child-bearing problems as their half-siblings?
