WI: King Henry VII Tudor remarries to Joanna of Naples?

After the death of Elizabeth of York in 1503, Isabella of Castile recommended that King Henry VIII Tudor of England remarry to Joanna of Naples (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joanna_of_Naples_(1478–1518)). IOTL, the marriage did not go through, Henry was interested enough to send ambassadors to Naples in 1505 to report on her physical suitability.

What if the marriage had gone through? If Henry still dies in 1509, might he have been able to have had at least one child with Joanna before then? And if said child/children lived to adulthood, might they have had the same child-bearing problems as their half-siblings?

Any thoughts?

Their claim to the throne might be weaker since Elizabeth of York is Edward V's daughter. A girl would not really have made a difference, a boy however would be the Duke of York and may possibly have decedents that rule England.

True, but that didn't stop the Tudors IOTL. A large part of Henry VII and Henry VIII's reigns involved getting rid of people with better claims to the throne than them.

Well, with the right POD, anything could happen between Henry VII remarrying and Henry VIII's reign. Hypothetically, if Henry VIII ends up dying earlier than 1547 with only a girl as his heir, and his half brother, Edmund/Ferdinand, is still alive, who would have become monarch after him, Henry's daughter or his half-brother?

I've also heard it posited that if Henry had a surviving brother, he might not be under such pressure to have a son. This might mean he doesn't break from Rome, but he found a plethora of other excuses aside from the divorce from Catherine of Aragon.

Henry VII delayed marrying and crowning Elizabeth of York for almost a year to reinforce the fact that he was king by conquest. He was marrying her to "unite the claims" (and to stop pretenders, but that didn't work out so well). And Elizabeth of York was Edward IV's daughter. Edward V died, ran away, disappeared, etc. while Richard III ruled.

But a Duke of York would change the question of who would reign after Edward (VI). Henry would go for a half-brother rather than bastardized daughters. Might be a good TL. (Don't look at me, I'm not writing it.)
