WI: Kerch landings in Dec 1941 fail

What if...
-Manstein attacks Sevestapol of Dec 17 1941
-The boom for the harbor at Feodosia was left closed instead of opened
-Soviet landing is greatly compromised
-Count von Spoenick does not order a retreat and the Germans contain and beat back the landing come noon

Does the German assault on Sevestapol end up succeeding? What are the long term consequences of the USSR not investing so much into Kerch?

C'mon, this is a good old fashioned "WI Nazis do better" POD, no takers? I mean, even the Soviet wankers can argue that the Russians save a couple hundred thousand men as a result, which can be a difference maker perhaps in Stalingrad or something. Plus, USSR shipping capacity in the Black Sea would be in far better shape.
