WI: Kato Svanidze lived?

In 1907, Stalin does not take his wife Ketevan "Kato" Svanidze to Baku and thus, the family remains intact.

As Stalin later said that
Stalin said:
"with her died my last warm feelings for humanity."
, the consequences might well be a less brutal, less insane and maybe less murderous Stalin. Of course, the butterflies might even lead to the October Revolution not happening, but still:

What do you think would a Stalin still married - and loving - Kato Svanidze lead to?

That wikipedia page is just mind-boggling. It is not Shakespeare in love but Stalin in love. Plus that picture of a handsome Stalin as it stood in 1902. Crazy.

Now I have this vision of a furious Stalin being "nerve-pinched" by his wife and her pretty "arguments". How many lives could have been spared.

Kato Svanidze and Stalin's marriage was certainly not very happy, with them moving to Baku and Stalin basically ignoring her despite her pregnancy - that being said from everything I have been able to read about them they seem to have loved each other quite a bit. She was left alone, sickly, neglected and miserable in a foreign city and when she finally gave birth to Yakov he sent her home to Tiblisi, where on the way her already bad health collapsed and she died soon after. Stalin was a absolutely horrid husband to both of his wives and a horrible father, particularly to his son by Kato, Yakov who he openly mocked several times for failing to kill himself.

I do think that Kato Svanidze surviving would be an interesting change - a more happy home life might prevent him from becoming completely paranoid about his family and not having to go through his second wife committing suicide and blaming him for it should help him with his mental health. There are also plenty of changes that could happen with his pre-revolution career.

A disturbing scenario is that the USSR, assuming relatively few butterflies, might adopt a succession system akin to the "Democratic People's Republic of Korea", where Stalin is succeeded by his son when he dies.
