WI: Joseph Gallieni accepts post supreme commander of the French Army in 1911?

Not too much change, he was against the more defensive posture than what General Victor Michel's Plan would have entailed, and was for Joffre's Plan, so The Battle of the Frontiers would still happen, and Belgium open: just what the Schlieffen Plan needed

Also, his health was not so good, he was an old man, on why he retired in 1914 and didn't accept the Supreme Commander role in the first place.
