WI: John Hancock has a small and inconspicuous signature

Instead of signing the engrossed copy of the Declaration of Independence with the large, ornate signature that OTL remembers, John Hancock signs his name in small, unassuming script.

What changes?

The reward for his capture/death is slightly lower. Despite his lack of legitimate political contributions and an inflate sense of his own abilities, George III probably wanted to see his head on a spike more than Washington's with grievances going back to his poorly concealed smuggling activities and financial backing for rebellious activities.

John Hancock's signature was so big for a practical reason: George III had poor eyesight and was sensitive about it, so Hancock signed his name very large to make it easy for the King to read.

I thought it wasn't an actual signature, but a stamp that bore his signature that he could use on various papers he needed to sign (being the President of the Continental Congress at the time it was signed). I also think that story is fake, at least according to Wikipedia.
