WI John Adams declares war on France

In otl shortly after XYZ affair many haws started clamoring for war. Adams refused to capitulate and kept Neutrality. But WI. He lost his cool and declared war.
How does this change American history now that France is officially at war with America.

Should butterfly away war of 1812 UK vs US.
But then what happens to New Orleans?
Louisiana and the rest of the lands gotten from France?
Next a war with Spain for those lands?
Big possible changes US may never get west of Mississippi
unless help from UK vs Spain/France

No war of 1812 and an Anglo American alliance that subsequently produces a joint Monroe Doctrine which Britain ultimately enforced anyway

U.S. troops fighting in Europe and Washington dies from a stroke while berating Adams. Given his childhood expereinces and subsequent regard for the British, I imagine that having Andrew Jackson leading the American ground forces in Europe is not likely.
