WI: Jogaila and Jadwiga's marriage discovered to be null and void

What if after the marriage of Jadwiga and Jogaila it is discovered that they are cousins and descended from Casimir of Kuyavia and needed dispensation from the Pope in order to marry, what would be the effect of this in Poland and Lithuania, since it would also make the union of Krewo illegitemate.

Problem is, one of the parties has to raise that issue for an annulment to be even granted, because canon law presumes that a marriage conducted in the Catholic Church is valid until proven otherwise.

Not an annulment, I think Jogaila could end up excommunicated due to his marriage discovered to be consanguineous.

Earlier, the marriage with William Curthose and Sybilla were separated by the request of Henry I of England and Robert I of France's marriage with Bertha of Burgundy caused him to end up excommunicated and for that reason, Bertha of Burgundy's and Robert I's marriage was dissolved.
