WI: Joanna of Castille's first marriage was consumated

According to the wiki Joanna of Castille aka La Beltraneja was married to the Duke of Guyenne before his demise, what if he was able to consumate the marriage and sire heirs with her, that would mean a French support to the Joanna faction against her aunt Isabella.
 
Well, they would have a (very) theoretical claim to the throne of Castile, with no more effect than the Lancaster claim to the throne of France since Henry VI.

The most important butterfly would be in France. If Charles of Guyenne had a son, this son would inherit the throne of France instead of Louis of Orleans at Charles VIII's death.

There will be an event (like the disastrous defeat of Pavia or an agreement about Italy) which will lead the descendants of Juana to drop their claim on Castile.
