Basically to answer your question, you've thrown out everything that would lead up to the creation of Manga as we know it, and asking us to basically write 500 years of history so that you can wonder if Dragonball is still made.

This is like asking if Superman is still going to marry Lois Lane in a world where Henry the VIII didn't convert.
