WI: Jane Seymour Lives

Basically, what if Jane Seymour survived the post-pregnancy illness and survived her husband. She was obviously fertile, and Henry was obviously fertile enough to consider a wife being pregnant in 1540/1541, so there is the possibility of more children. Let's assume she lives until the age of 73 (random age), which would leave her dead in 1583. What would her life have been like?
