OK, but why should such a marriage happen? True, Poles were interested in finding a good husband for Jadwiga (or rather, a good king for Poland and ally against the Teutonic Order) and an alliance with united Scandinavia might be tempting. But why should Scandinavians go for it? It would have them involved in another conflict. Not to mention Olaf and Margaret had, AFAIR, enough problems with holding all Scandinavian kingdoms together. And now Olaf should engage himself into ruling another big country, with its own problems requiring his full attention and with powerful enemies?
