Yes, I am just using a stricter legitimacy criteria without recognizing the Beauforts as the legitimate heirs of the Lancastrians...which would lead us to the Bourbons as the rightful king of England.
The Beauforts would still never be close to inherit the English Crown (as Lanacastrian would not inheriting the crown being after the Mortimers/Yorks descendants of Lionel of Clarence) and I can not see why and how you will end with the Bourbons are legitimate heirs of England...
