WI: Isabella, Princess of Asturias doesn't die giving birth to Miguel Da Paz?

What the title says. What if Isabella, Princess of Asturias and daughter of Isabella of Castile and Fernando of Aragon doesn't die while giving birth to "Miguel da Paz", bur rather the one to die is the baby?.

How would this affect the relationships between the different Iberian kingdoms?

Thanks! in my prospective TL, Isabell will have a son, although not Miguel da Paz, and Mary of Burgundy wouldn't fall off her horse and die in 1482.

Well, obviously, she could potentially give birth to another son, who would be the heir of Castile, Aragon and Portugal.

Ferdinand II won't marry Germaine of Foix, but would probably act as a regent in Castile for his grandson.
