It wouldn't take too much outlandish change in order to have the two CVA-01s built and operated by the RN. Having a longer timeframe for a withdrawal from East of Suez, or various other circumstances occuring around the world, does provide a use and justification for maintaining a carrier force. Up until the 80s, there would still be four or so carriers, with Hermes and Bulwark both capable of lasting into that decade as commando carriers. In such a case, the Invincibles would probably be a bit more along the lines of their original design as helicopter cruisers.
Aircraft would be Phantoms and Buccaneers as for Ark Royal, and keep on such an airwing well into the 80s.
The RCN is a topic well covered by others in the appropriate thread on this very page.
As for the Netherlands, it is a lot harder to have them maintain a carrier based navy. The downsizing from a CVL, two CLGs and destroyers to a DLG and frigate based fleet suited their circumstances, needs and capabilities.
There really isn't a need for these nations to share operation of ships.
